1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using HealSage (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bteabreak Marketing Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. Description of Service
HealSage is an AI-powered narcissist abuse recovery application designed to support individuals on their healing journey. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
- Daily Healing Lessons: Curated educational content to help you understand narcissistic abuse patterns and build resilience.
- Aria AI Companion: A 24/7 AI-powered chat companion that provides emotional support, guidance, and encouragement.
- Grounding Techniques: Guided exercises to help manage anxiety, emotional triggers, and distress.
- Boundary-Setting Scenarios: Interactive practice scenarios to develop healthy boundary-setting skills.
- Journaling Prompts: Guided journaling exercises for self-reflection and emotional processing.
- Progress Tracking: Tools to monitor your healing journey and celebrate milestones.
- Relatable Stories & Expert Insights: Content from recovery experiences and subject matter experts.
The Service is available through our mobile application (iOS and Android) and website at healsage.app.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with any third party.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately at hello@healsage.app if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Subscription & Payments
HealSage offers premium subscription plans to access the full range of features. The following plans are currently available:
- Weekly Plan: $7 per week, billed weekly.
- Annual Plan: $30 per year, billed annually.
Web Purchases (Paddle)
For subscriptions purchased through our website, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, sales tax collection and remittance, invoicing, and related financial transactions on our behalf. When you purchase a subscription via the website, your transaction is processed by Paddle, and you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
In-App Purchases (Apple & Google)
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payment is processed by Apple or Google respectively. These purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store.
Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee for each renewal period. Prices may change, but we will notify you in advance of any price increase.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to premium features until that period expires.
- App Store Subscriptions: Cancel through your device's subscription settings (iOS Settings or Google Play Store).
- Web Subscriptions (Paddle): Cancel through Paddle's subscription management portal or by contacting us at hello@healsage.app.

7. User Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create within the Service, including journal entries, chat conversations with Aria, and any other user-generated content ("User Content").
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, except where retention is necessary for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and we will not use your User Content for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
8. AI Disclaimer
Aria is an AI companion and is NOT a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional.
The Service, including conversations with Aria, daily lessons, and all other content, is provided for informational and supportive purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, having thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or are in crisis, please immediately contact:
- Emergency services in your area (e.g., 911 in the US, 112 in the EU)
- A qualified mental health professional
- A crisis helpline (e.g., Vandrevala Foundation Helpline: 1860-2662-345 in India; 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US)
AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or applicable to your specific situation. Always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for important decisions regarding your mental health and well-being.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and other materials available through the Service (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Bteabreak Marketing Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The HealSage name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Bteabreak Marketing Private Limited. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Service.
- Using the Service to transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
- Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to access or collect data from the Service without our written consent.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Using the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others.
- Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content in the Service without our express written permission.
- Using the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations.
The content provided through the Service, including AI-generated responses from Aria, is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BTEABREAK MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bteabreak Marketing Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Service.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the Service or by email.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service.
