Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

HealSage offers a free trial period for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. How to Cancel

For iOS (Apple App Store):

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select HealSage
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

For Android (Google Play Store):

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Select HealSage and tap Cancel subscription

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by the respective app stores (Apple or Google). If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the app store directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
