This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations and refunds for HealSage subscriptions, operated by Bteabreak Marketing Private Limited. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Service and want to make our policies clear and transparent.

Depending on how you purchased your subscription (via our website, the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store), different cancellation and refund procedures apply as described below.

2. Subscription Plans

HealSage offers the following premium subscription plans:

  • Weekly Plan: $7 per week, billed automatically every week.
  • Annual Plan: $30 per year, billed automatically every year.

All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices shown are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

(a) iOS (Apple App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap "Subscriptions."
  4. Select "HealSage" from the list.
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store app by tapping your profile icon, then "Subscriptions."

(b) Android (Google Play Store)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions," then "Subscriptions."
  4. Select "HealSage" from the list.
  5. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions.

(c) Web Subscriptions (Paddle)

If you subscribed through our website (processed by Paddle), you can cancel your subscription by:

  • Using the subscription management link provided in your Paddle purchase confirmation email.
  • Contacting us at hello@healsage.app with your account details, and we will process the cancellation on your behalf.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription purchases.

By subscribing to HealSage, you acknowledge and agree that all subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies to all purchases regardless of the payment method used, including:

  • Web purchases (Paddle): Subscriptions purchased through our website are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. All web subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • Apple App Store purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. Any refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple.
  • Google Play Store purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are subject to Google's refund policies. Any refund requests for Play Store purchases must be directed to Google.

We strongly encourage you to review the features and content of HealSage before purchasing a subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current or any prior billing periods.
